Arayik Harutyunyan, a member of Yerevan Council of Elders, wrote on his Facebook page:
“Strike, blockade of streets and highways is widespread now. But there are two important rules to keep.
– The ambulance cars must pass freely.
– The cars and packs with the defense Ministry number plate (black) must pass freely.
