Dear Compatriots,
Today, the attention of Armenians in Armenia, Artsakh and the Diaspora, as well as the whole world has been focused on Yerevan.
At this crucial moment, I call on all, National Assembly Deputies, political forces, the entire state system, the different layers of our society, young people to demonstrate high civic responsibility and conscience, stay within the law and the Constitution in the interests of our state and people.
