Thus, the budget of the first instance court in 2017 totaled to 4,752,328 AMD, which has decreased by 61,113 AMD as compared with 2016. During this year the court expenses amounted to 4,140,439 AMD. The court expenses have decreased by 624,260 AMD as compared with 2016. The average salary of the judges of the court was 829 thousand, which is by 3 thousand AMD more than in 2016.
The budget of the Court of Appeal in 2017 totaled to 1,007,368 AMD, which has decreased by 28,216 AMD as compared with 2016. During this year the court expenses amounted to 1,006,918 AMD. The court expenses have decreased by 23.927 AMD as compared with 2016.
The average salary of the judges of the court was 1 million 48 thousand, which is lower by 25 thousand AMD as compared with 2016.
The budget of the Cassation Court in 2017 totaled to 576.222 AMD, which has decreased by 28.924 AMD as compared with 2016. During this year, the costs of the court totaled to 574.137 AMD. The court expenses have decreased by 31 thousand AMD as compared with 2016. The average salary of judges in the court amounted to 1 million 254 thousand, or 62 thousand AMD less than in 2016.
