Today, on March 12, Ara Babloyan, President of the National Assembly signed a protocol which terminates powers of Gagik Harutyunyan.
The Protocol states:
“Considering the resignation letter of the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia Gagik Harutyunyan, and guided by Article 147 (2) of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” terminate Gagik Harutyunyan’s powers of the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia.
