From the night of 8 and to the morning of 9 February, Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire regime on the line of contact around 40 times, during which the enemy fired more than 200 shots from 60mm mortars, various types of grenade launchers and weapons towards Armenian positions. More intensive violations occurred in the eastern and north-eastern directions of the line of contact, where the Azerbaijan Armed Forces fired a total 15 shells from mortars and grenade – 9 from mortars and 6 from grenade launchers.
The vanguard units of the Defense Army are fully controlling the situation in the front-line and continue confidently fulfilling their military service.
