According to the purchase contract the garbage cans are from metal and have steel mesh.
Notably, the garbage cans were purchased from individual entrepreneur Artak Petrosyan, who was the only participant of the sales bid. Other information about the rejected applications is not mentioned in the contract.
In addition the purchase was made through the funds of the state budget.
