On August 25 Serj Sargsyan signed a new decree:
“Governed by Article 55 (11) of the Constitution of the RA with amendments of 2005, Article 167, Part 4(2) of the Judicial Code of the RA and based on the recommendations AKh-17-Vo-13 of the Council of Justice of 22 August 2016, I decide:
To consider the Powers of Davit Avetisyan, the Chairman of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation of the Republic Of Armenia terminated from 26 August, 2016.”
