The Human Rights Defender’s staff reports that the Human Rights Depender has demanded that a criminal case be immediately initiated against the police officers who inflicted bodily injuries to citizens during the events that took place in Sari Tagh yesterday.
Another demand raised is to immediately suspend the employment of every single police officer suspected in these activities regardless of whether the officers were in uniforms or in civilian clothing, until all the details of the case are disclosed.
