As rebel Pavlik Manukyan reported to a1plus.am during an interview, Vitali Balasanyan will be substituted by Ashot Minasyan, the commander of Sisian’s “Sisakan” regiment.
Manukyan noted, “Vitalik didn’t behave, especially with the journalists.” According to Pavlik Manukyan, at the moment the electricity and medical support have been cut in the area of Police Patrol Service Regiment.
