On 20 May, the RA President appointed the Lieutenant-General Movses Hakobyan as deputy defense Minister – Chief of the Administrative Support Department of the RA defense Ministry. On 15 June Movses Hakobyan was appointed Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces
In 2015, while assuming the office Movses Hakobyan had declared:
• Individual residential house, built on a plot, and its economic structures,
• Construction of public impoortance,
• A falt in the apartment house,
• Vehicle RANGE ROVER SPORT Supercharged 4.2,
• Income of 4.18 million AMD.
From the Lieutenant-General’s declaration submitted in 2015, we learn that Movses Hakobyan’s income was 7.63 million AMD received as salary. Movses Hakobyan did not declare any other property and income.
But his spouse Narine Chavakyan’s income was twice as large and totaled to 18 million AMDrecieved from dividends. At the beginning of the year her funds amounted to 1 million AMD which at the end of the year increased to 3 million AMD.
His daughter Armine Hakobyan had a notable income of 8.68 million AMD, of which 1.68 million AMD was remuneration for labor and 7 million AMD was a donation.
His next daughter Mary Hakobyan had received a donation of 7 million AMD as well.
