The RA Prosecutor General’s Office has elaborated the Draft Law on making Changes and Amendment in the RA Criminal Code. The Draft provides to criminalize a number of actions hindering realization of the electoral rights by the citizens, including the actions of the electoral committees’ chairmen and members, as well as specification of responsibilities and tightening the sanctions.
This Draft shall provide a new type of crime as well – electoral bribes.
