New Appointment on Serzh Sargsyan’s Decree

The RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on the appointment of in defense system. The Decision reads:

“Based on the July 18, 2007 Presidential order NH-174-N on the organization of the activities of the RA Government and other subordinate state structures, Paragraph 125 I decide:

To appoint Davit Papakhchyan, to the position of the RA Deputy Minister of Defense – Chief of the State Committee of Military Industry.”
