President Serzh Sargsyan signed a new decree, which reads:
“Goverened by Clause 12 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution of 2005 with amendments, I decide to:
Appoint Colonel Temur SHAHNAZARYAN head of Armenia’s Armed Forces Chief of Army Communications and Automated Control Systems Department.”
