In his resignation letter Mihran Poghosyan had promised to address publicly to the media reports about the offshore companies and accounts in the Swiss banks as an ordinary citizen. During this period, the Mihran Poghosyan’s Office undertook activities aimed at collection of documents on the companies. Thus, for example, it was mentioned in the press that Mihran Poghosyan has accounts in Swiss ‘”LGT” bank.
Inquiry was sent to the bank, which in response denied any relations between Mihran Poghosyan’s name with Sigtem Real Estates Incorporated, Hopkinten Trading Incorporated, Bangio Invest S.A companies, as well as the existence of any accounts.

Thus, it is obvious that a bank account was not opened, therefore, there is no financial flow, so we cannot speak of entrepreneurial activity.
The document, accompanied with a number of other documents denying the inquiries published in the press were provided to relevant state authorities.
In the nearest future we shall refer to a number of other inquiries related to Mihran Poghosyan’s name and false publications.
