Today, we informed that the Council of Justice had rejected the motion of Arpine Hovhannisyan on subjecting three judges of the Court of Appeal to disciplinary responsibility.
According to our information those three judges were from the Civil Court of Appeals: Karine Hakobyan, Astghik Kharatyan and Levon Grigoryan.
Council of Justice was against subjecting them to disciplinary responsibility.
