Today, the Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan signed a new decision which reads:
“Appoint Artsvik Minasyan, the Minister of Economy of the RA as an Official Representative of the Government of the RA at the National Assembly of the RA during the discussions the RA Draft Law on Exemption of Hrazdan-Cement CJSC from Fines arising from failure to meet the Tax and Social Security Payments.”
