New Appointment at NKR President’s Office

On May 6, President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree. Yuri Hayrapetyan was appointed to the position of NKR President’s adviser. We learned this from NKR President’s official website.

Notably, prior to this Yuri Hayrapetyan was the Human Rights Defender of NKR.
