The enemy not only continues attacks on peaceful settlements with its provocative actions, but, as usual, is trying to obscure the events, and to blame the NKR side for attacking on their settlements.
Earlier today we had informed about the shelling of Mataghis settlement by the Azerbaijani forces. The NKR side, staying true to its strategy of facts, presents the video of the enemy’s rocket attack on Mataghis settlement on 28 April.
