Yesterday, the Interim Report of NKR Human Rights Defender on Atrocities committed by Azerbaijani Military Forces against the Population of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic and Servicemen of the Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army on 2-5 April 2016 was published.
Today, the report was sent to the International Human Rights Organizations. In particular to: the UN and Council of Europe Human Rights Commissioners, the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture, OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), the European Ombudsman Institute, the International Ombudsman Institute and others. The report has also been sent to Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, Association for the Prevention of Torture, as well as several other reputable human rights organizations.
