On April 20, Prime Minister of Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan had a consultation with the participation of the representatives of the defense, urban construction and civil defense spheres and with the heads of the construction companies as well.
Iravaban.net learned from the NKR Government thatArayik Harutyunyan expressed his gratitude to the representatives of the construction companies for their active participation in the engineering works of frontline strengthening after the recent military actions.
“At this moment engineering works are being carried out in the frontline, and in the near future we are to work hardly in that direction, for as once more we got sure that only the strength of the borders and the courage of the Armenian soldier guarantee the peace of our children. For that reason I encourage all to do our best for strengthening Artsakh’s security.”- said the Prime Minister
The Defense deputy minister Samvel Karapetyan informed the Prime Minister about the current state introducing the existing problems and needs of the Defense Army. The representatives of the construction companies on their turn detailed on the technical and organizational possibilities expressing their readiness to take part in the process of strengthening the frontline.
A. Harutyunyan mentioned that if necessary the state procurement will be reconsidered and the Government will provide corresponding means to the companies. The Prime Minister gave tasks to the responsible heads to cooperate with the companies and provide the necessary support.
During the consultation a number of issues on civic defense were discussed. Highlighting the importance of raising the level of the system readiness the Executive Head gave corresponding tasks .
