Before the Government Session, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan made an instruction.
Turning to the Minister of Economy Artsvik Minasyan, he instructed to form stable financial sources for the families of killed and wounded persons during the military actions: “I assign to develop a new draft, comprehensive proposals and submit it for the approval of executive: mentioning the financial sources. I assign the Ministry of Economy to finish this work as soon as possible,” Mr. Abrahamyan said.
