Governed by Article 55 (11) of the Constitution of the RA, Article 167, Part 4(2) of the Judicial Code of the RA and based on the recommendations AKh-5-Vo-5 and Akh-5-Vo-6 of the Council of Justice of 18 March 2016, Serzh Sargsyan decided to:
1. terminate authorities of Levon Avetisyan, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Administrative Districts of Arabkir and Qanaker-Zeytun of the RA from 23 March, 2016.
2. terminate authorities of Vladimir Grigoryan, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Administrative Districts of Erebuni and Nubarashen of the RA from 23 March, 2016.
