On 19 February, a working consultation on military logistics and procurement planning and organizing issues was held in the Administrative Complex of the RA Ministry of Defense. The participants discussed the issues of good governance and proper organization of procurement procedures in the system. They also noted that recently, despite various speculations, due to the consistent work aimed at ensuring the transparency and improvement of the procurement procedures and reducing the infringements the level of the sector has notably improved. The RA Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan said that the sphere is always in the focus of attention of the RA top management. He also noted that although there is obvious progress, however, there are also omissions.
