At today’s session, the Government annulled the Decision N 935-A of the RA Government of 13 August, 2015 on “Alienation of the property of the RA Government attached to “Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex” Non Commercial State Organization” and Liquidation of “Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex” State Non Commercial Organization”.
Thus the Government terminated the purchase and sale agreement signed with “NTAA Investment Group” on 1 September 2015, with the reasoning that “NTAA Investment Group” LLC failed to perform the payment for the alienated state property in the provided period.
Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan also was interested whether the shares of the Sports and Concert Complex were delivered to the Ministry of defense. The deputy defense Minister Ara Nazaryan’s reply was positive. Further the head of the Executive branch instructed, “This should be transferred to the state property management department. Please undertake necessary actions in this direction at the next session.”
