As of 29 January, 10 criminal case from total 32 on violations of the voting procedure on 6 December 2015 Referendum on Constitutional Changes that were initiated in different territorial Sub-Divisions of the RA Investigative Committee.
The criminal cases refer to the facts of violations of voting instead of other people at the polling stations 8/08, 8/25, 10/15, 10/14, 2/32, 1/07, 39/39, 33/35, 34/05, 37/09.
10 individuals were charged under these criminal cases. The findings on indictment were confirmed by the prosecutors supervising the investigation and sent to court.
2 criminal cases were dismissed, for lack of corpus delicti.
