The RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs shall provide free DVB-T2 standard TV digital receivers to the families, which, as of 1 December 2015, have been registered in the vulnerability assessment system with 34,6 or more vulnerability coefficient – 46494 families. The RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs inform this.
The aid provided is free and shall be distributed through the local agencies and departments for social support (the former “Paros”), according to the aid distribution address lists.
The aid may be provided to one of the adult members of the socially vulnerable family, which is included in the aid distribution lists by submitting the social passport and his\her passport to the relevant employee of the regional agency or department.
In case when the direct beneficiary is unable to receive the aid in person due to insuperable difficulty (disease, old age, disability, or other), one of the relatives of such beneficiary who will introduce his passport, the social passport of the family and the beneficiary’s passport, as well as the power of attorney letter written by the beneficiary (without the Notarial authorization), may receive the device with the support or knowledge of the agency or department of the relevant district.
The family which is absent from their permanent residence during the period of providing the aid, shall not receive the device.
The local agencies and departments for social support will conduct the information campain about the distribution of the aid to te vulnerable families included in the distribution lists through all possible information sources.
