Arthur J., a convicted person in Armavir penitentiary of the RA Ministry of Justice, being warned about the criminal responsibility provided by the false betrayal told data about abusing the apparent official authority by people realizing special service in “Kosh” penitentiary of the RA Ministry of Justice.
Particularly Arthur J. told that while serving the sentence at “Kosh” penitentiary of the RA Ministry of Justice another convicted who was punished at this institution, made actions humiliating his honor and dignity as a result of which he made an attempt of suicide by hanging himself on 5 November, 2015. It was prevented by the officers of the same institution. But they failed to perform not their duty and did not processed the case legally.
Based on the information provided by the convicted Arthur J. a criminal case was initiated in the RA SIS, under Article 308, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code, on the connection with the fact of abuse of official authorities by the officials carrying out their service at “Kosh” penitentiary.
Preliminary investigation is in process, as states the SIS.
