Citizen Razmik P. reported that on 3 December 2015, he participated in the trial of the criminal case in the Court of General Jurisdiction of Shirak region during which his preliminary testimony was introduced by the judge. Learning its content he found out that the inspector of Shirak Investigation Department made a false protocol of the witness’s evidence with an unknown content by his name and with someone else’s signature and attached to the criminal case.
On the basis of citizen Razmik P.’s report a criminal case was initiated in the Special Investigation Service of the RA pursuant to Article 349, Part 2 of the RA Criminal Code for falsifying the testimony of the criminal case.
A preliminary investigation is in process.
Notice: the person suspected in or accused of an alleged crime is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in the manner of prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code in accordance with the Court’s verdict made it effective.
