The RA Prosecutor General’s Office informs that:
On the basis of the member of “Zharangutyun”(“Heritage”) party Hrayr Manukyan’s application on interfering the realization of his authority during the reckoning of voting papers of Constitutional changes referendum, a criminal case was initiated pursuant to Article 149, Part 2, Points 3 and 5 of the RA Criminal Code. The criminal case was sent to the RA Special Investigation Service to hold the preliminary investigation.
