On December 3 at 00:05 Hayk M., born in 1962, was apprehended from Bagratashen custom house and brought to Bagratashen Police Department. Hayk M. was wanted by the RF MIA of Stavropol Kray pursuant to Article 159, Part 2 of the RF Criminal Code, since November 6, 2007 (an accused hiding from Police).
The initiator of the investigation has been informed about the arrest.
