Today, the RA President Serzh Sargsyan received the RA Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan for the report of the RA Prosecution Jurisdiction issues connected with the referendum of the RA Constitutional changes on December 6. The General Prosecutor reported that a working group was established for reacting to any illegal interference in the RA citizens’ voting right and in expressing their attitude in the referendum and as well as the actions following it. The RA President stated that for providing the normal process of the referendum, the Prosecution shall immediately and within its authorities respond to any manifestation of illegal interference in persons’ voting right and carry out a proper control on legality of the whole process of voting.
