The RA Minister of Justice sent written notice to the RA Chief Prosecutor on 29.10.2015, informing that citizen Mikhail Mesyan applied to the notary of Shengavit Notarial District Vahagn Grigoryan on 12.12.2014, asking to give him 64.000 USD payable according to the signed sale agreement from the notary deposit account, but the notary refused to give the money.
The RA Prosecution informs that the written notice and the attached documents of the RA Minister of Justice were sent to the RA General Investigation Department to prepare material for the investigation.
