In the RA Ministry of Education and Science the session of the internal audit committee was held, in the agenda of which reports on audit inspections set in the internal audit annual program of 2015 and conducted in 5 educational institutions operating under the Ministry of Education and Science, were included. Deficiencies and shortcomings found during the audit in Yerevan State Institute of Theatre & Cinematography, 139 High School after Karen Demirchyan, Republican Shooting Sports School, State Music College after R. Melikyan and Armenian State Pedagogical University after Kh. Abovyan SNCOs, were presented at the session. The heads of these SNCOs assisted at the session. As the result of the discussion at the session of the internal audit committee they decided to suggest to the RA Minister of Education and Science A. Ashotyan to impose a disciplinary penalty (a severe reprimand) on Yerevan State Music College after R. Melikyan and Republican Shooting Sports School, as well as to forewarn the heads of other organizations to take appropriate measures to correct and refrain from detected deficiencies. It was mentioned that in case of repeating the same deficiencies, more severe disciplinary penalties will be imposed. Internal Audit Department has been committed to supervise the process of correcting the deficiencies and report to the minister.
During the session the performance of reports and recommendations of the previous session of the internal audit committee were also discussed.
