Today RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan was present at the discussions of the 2016 State Budget draft at the National Assembly. He mentioned in his speech that the draft is based on the principles of realism and stability.
“2016 State Budget also has a certain social orientation which is proved by the fact that around half of the budget expenses goes to cover social, educational, cultural, and health care costs,” said H. Abrahamyan.
