Sergey T, accused of bearing cold weapon, has announced that he was urged by a police officer of the RA Police Ashtarak Division to give a false explanation that the knives found in the car he was driving on May 18, 2015, belong to him.
On the basis of his convey, a criminal case was initiated under Article 309, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code for exceeding official authorities by an official.
Preliminary investigation is in process.
