H. GH., who is a convict in “Kosh” penitentiary of the RA Ministry of Justice, reported that, on 5 or 6 August 2015, when he was in the penitentiary “Hospital for Convicts”, some penitentiary officers visited him and forced him to withdraw his appeal against the penitentiary official.
The news is reported by the RA Investigative Service.
According to the source, the criminal case initiated in the Investigation Department of Aragatsotn of the RA Investigation Committee, based on the report of the convict of “Kosh” penitentiary of the RA Ministry of Justice, (under the requirements of Article 308 Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code, has been accepted by the RA Special Investigation Service.
Preliminary investigation is underway.
