Levon Danielyan born in 1988, who is a resident of Kajaran city of the RA Syunik marz, has introduced himself as an employee of the RA National Security Service in the surroundings in order to instill confidence and make himself important. Under the pretext of selling cars to 2 Goris residents in incomparably cheaper price than in the market, and helping another resident for admitting her daughter into a higher education institution, he has fraudulently claimed and received 35,000 US dollars. Based on the initiated criminal case, Levon Danielyan has been charged with swindling, i.e. theft in significant amount of 35.000 US dollars (equivalent to 16,527,700 AMD) by cheating or abuse of confidence, according to Article 178, Part 3 (1) of the RA Criminal Code.
