Article 128, Clause 3 of the ”RA Code on the Administrative Offenses”, provides for a fine for driving without a driving license or other documents. The violation leads to the imposition of a fine at the rate of threefold of the size of the minimum salary of 3000 AMD. Other documents are vehicle registration documents, customs documents, medical statement mentioned in the driving license etc.
A person is considered without a driving license, if he has a right to drive vehicles, but does not have the driver’s license with him while driving.
