The Traffic Police inspector of RA, Gurgen D. reported that on 27 September 2015, at about 22:30, during the service with his colleague in Abovyan city, they stopped a “Volkswagen Touareg” car. When they demanded documents from the driver of the car, the latter and his friends quarreled with the inspectors then began a scuffle with them causing physical injuries to Gurgen D.
Citizen Artyom M. submitted a report on the same case as well. He reported that he was stopped by the Traffic Police officers while driving to Abovyan city with his family. Then during the groundless dispute the traffic inspectors caused him physical injuries. SIS informs about this incident.
