Citizen Lousik K. has reported that on 17 September 2015, at about 04:00 the police officers forcibly seated her and her friend into a car, drove to Shengavit Police Division, where one of the police officers cursed and punched her, causing her physical injuries. Special Investigation Service reports about this.
According to the source, based on Lousik K.’s report about the case of abuse of official authority using force, the Special Investigation Service of the RA, initiated a criminal case under the provisions of Part 2, Article 309 of the RA Criminal Procedure Code.
A preliminary investigation is in process.
