Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on involving the 8 year-old child into antisocial activity by the resident of Vanadzor town was completed in Lori Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee.
By the evidence obtained through preliminary investigation it was found that the resident of Vanadzor, Lori region, Russian by nationality, mother of 3 minor children T. Pisareva from June to August regularly involved her 8 year-old child into activities related to beggary. The 8 year-old child bagged money from citizens in crowded places of Vanadzor and gave the money to mother who disposed it according to her desire.
On the base of the evidence obtained during pretrial proceeding the mother was charged according to the Part 2 of the Article 166.1 of RA Criminal Code and signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against her.
The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor supervising the legality of preliminary investigation. The bill of indictment was confirmed and the case was sent to the Court of First Instance of Lori.
Note: Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
