Attention! 12 New Cameras and Speed Detectors to be operated soon

The Traffic Police informs that the installation of video cameras and speed detectors is going on in the Republic of Armenia to ensure control over the road traffic and to register offenses.

Specifically, from 22 September 2015 new video cameras will be operated in the following places:

– Yerevan City, intersection of Abovyan – Pushkin Streets

– Yerevan City, intersection of Teryan – Pushkin Streets

– Yerevan City, intersection of Shiraz – Janibekyan Streets

– Yerevan City, intersection of Sebastia – A. Vegner Streets

– Yerevan City, intersection of Muratsan – Rostovyan Streets

– Yerevan City, intersection of Margaryan – Bashinjaghyan Streets

– Yerevan City, intersection of Nar-Dos – Tigran Metsi Streets

– Yerevan City, intersection of Sasuntsi Davit – Belinski Streets

– Yerevan City, intersection of Tbilisyan Highway – Tbilisyan Lane

– Yerevan City, intersection of Griboyedov – Mamikonyants Streets

The Speed detector devices that are installed in the following places will be operated on the same day:

– Halabyan Street, section from Halabyn – Margaryan intersection to Yeghvard Highway of Yerevan city, 2 speed detectors in both directions. The allowed speed limit is 60 km per hour.

– Administrative area of Garhayk community of Syunik marz, 1 speed detector in both directions. The allowed speed limit is 60 km per hour.

The Traffic Police urges the drivers to keep the traffic rules.
