At the decree of RA President Serj Sargsyan of March 19, 2012, Vardan Harutyunyan was appointed the judge of Gegharkunik court of first instance.
Today, at the Council of Justice meeting the swear-in ceremony took place in the presence of the RA president.
Taking the high stand of a judge, he swore “to implement the responsibilities of a judge in accordance to RA Constitution and legislation, be impartial and keep integrity high, be honest and humane, uphold all judge status demands securing the rule of law and keeping high the credit of judiciary.”
