The first court hearing on the RA citizen Hrachya Harutyunyan’s case will be held in Moscow on 14 April. Lilit Harutyunyan, Hrachya Harityunyan’s daughter told this to the journalist of “Haykakan Zhamanak” Daily yesterday.
The case referred to the traffic accident, which took place in the vicinities of Moscow on 13 July, 2013, when Hrachya Harutyunyan’s truck collided with a passenger bus, resulting in death of 18 people.
Hrachya Harutyunyan was charged under part 5 of Article 264 of the RA Criminal Code for: “Violation of the traffic rules, which resulted in the death of two or more persons.” Later the charge under Part 3 of Article 327 of the same Code “Use of False Documents,” was added to the accusation.
