The Government offers scandalous changes in the RA Law on “State Property Management”. RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan intends to manage and dispose the state property on the decision of the Government and without the consent of the RA National Assembly, informs “Zhoghovurd” daily․
“Most probably this initiative is not accidental. The government is now preparing a ground, for the silent and quite disposal of the most important objects, in order to avoid public debates and criticism. Especially when the RA Law on Legal Acts provides that the agency legal acts in the contrary to normative acts are not necessarily to be publicized,” concludes the newspaper.
