Today the trial of the Azerbaijanian citizens who were charged for crossing the NKR border illegally and for murder of an Armenian was continued in Artsakh. According to Artsakhpress information the state prosecutor Karen Gabrielyan made the prosecutor’s address.
The guilt of defendants Shahbaz Guliyev and Dilhem Askerov was proved through the testimony they provided as well as by the evidences and the video confiscated from them during the arrest. According to prosecution in fact Guliyev was one of the three members of the criminal gang. However he did not make video shooting, but he was always among the gang members.
Prosecutor Karen Grigoryan suggested to sentence the defendants according to the requirements of the Criminal Code of the NKR, namely to sentence D.Askerov to life imprisonment and Sh. Gulieyv to 22 years in prison.
