According to the information of the RA Presidential website, the RA President Serge Sargsyan has signed a decree, which reads:

«Guided by the provisions of Paragraph 12 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution I decide to releave Lieutenant-General Leonid MARTIROSOV from the post of the First Deputy Chief Military Inspector of the Republic of Armenia.”
