Based on the report of the citizen Zaven G., a criminal case under the provisions of Part 2 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of the RA was initiated in the Special Investigation Service of the RA.
According to Zaven G.’s information, on 24 September 2014 at around 10:30 a.m. the officer of Metsamor Police Department of the RA Police had warned him for a turn at during driving in a forbidden place. They argued on this reason, and the police officer obviously in excess of his powers cursed him and hit in the face.
