According to Ara Zohrabyan, President of the RA Chamber of Advocates, currently it is foreseen to create an organizational-legal form in the law to stimulate Attorney Offices. “It will be envisaged for an Attorney`s Office which will not be in a form of LLC or CJSC, but in an organizational-legal form”, mentioned Mr. Zohrabyan adding that it is parallelly planned to provide a room or some rooms in the Chamber of Advocates for the new advocates.
Stimulating the development of law firms the Chamber of Advocates plans to deepen relations with foreign advocates. “There are advocate networks which are attractive in a sense that if a certain country resident has a problem in another country, the network applies to the Attorney`s office of this exact country. It will create opportunities for information exchange and confidence. Currently we are working on developing this project”, says Mr. Zohrabyan.
