Rubik Stepanyan was appointed to the position of the Head of “Nubarashen” Penitentiary on the order of the RA Ministger of Justice Hovhannes Manukyan.
The order of the Minister reads:
“Based on solicitation of the Acting Head of the Penitentiary Department of the RA Ministry of Justice R. Hovhannisyan, and R. Stepanyan’s application and guided by Part 2 of Article 16 of the RA Law on Penitentiary Service,
I ORDER
To assign Rubik Stepanyan to the position of Head of “Nubarashen” Penitentiary of the RA Ministry of Justice from 6 August 2014. Remuneration, according to the staff list.”
